$654,205 For Each New Stockton Student Apartment In AC?

Should Atlantic County Borrow Again So Stockton Can Build 107 New Student Apartments for $654,205 Each In Atlantic City?

unnamed.jpg

The Atlantic County Improvement Authority (ACIA) today plans to borrow $70 million, so that Stockton University can build 107 apartments to house 416 students in Atlantic City. The average cost of each apartment is $654,205. Is this why colleges today are so expensive? Is this why unsustainable student loan debts are ruining the lives of so many young people for years?

The Authority announced its plans, and invited public comments just two days ago! The deadline for written comments was yesterday morning! Telephone comments will be permitted at 10 am today. The Commissioners will then vote this afternoon at 4 pm. The Authority was also supposed to vote to borrow another $97 million today for a Water Park in Atlantic City. However, that resolution was postponed until next week.

We think this is a very bad idea for many reasons.  If you agree, please call and raise your objections today!

  1. Spending $654,205 for a single four bedroom apartment to house college students is ridiculous! That is more than most luxury condominium apartments with swimming pools and ocean views!

  2. Debt has already made college unaffordable for many, and has forced many students and their families to take out mortgage sized student loans. When Stockton University opened in 1971, a student could pay for a year of tuition, room and board with a summer of work on the Boardwalk. Today, the average student spends $26,000 per year to attend Stockton. Three quarters of Stockton graduates have an average of $30,000 of student loan debt when they graduate. Many experts blame the easy credit of student loans for the explosive increases in college costs. Before giving helping Stockton build student apartments for $654,205 each, should the Authority first ask Stockton to explore less expensive ways to house its Atlantic City students?

8.  How long will it take to pay off this debt?  20 years?  25 years?  30 years or longer?

9.  What are the consequences if the project fails?  What if Stockton can't find enough students to live in the Atlantic City campus?

A.  Will Stockton simply let the apartments to empty, and raise tuition or cut back programs for other students to cover the loss?

B.  Will Stockton rent the apartments out as "affordable housing" to the general public?  Will they be used for rehabilitation programs?

C.  Will Stockton become insolvent and stop paying?

D.  What happens if Stockton stops paying and defaults on the bonds.

E.  Will the State allow a default? Or will it force Atlantic County to raise property taxes to pay?  Forget the language in the bonds!  Did New Jersey ever allow any of its government agencies on its bonds?   Didn't Governor Whitman force Atlantic County to bail out the Atlantic County Utilities Authority (ACUA) when it could not pay the $82 million it borrowed for the incinerator it never built?  Didn't Governor Christie and both Republicans and Democrats raise the gas tax many times to bail out bankrupt NJ Transportation Authority when it could not pay its bonds?

This was the real "insurrection". NOT what happened last week. In 2010, conservative Republican Scott Walker was elected Governor, and Republicans won majorities in both houses of Wisconsin State Legislature. Unlike NJ Republicans in 1994, these Republicans acted quickly to cut spending and taxes. They also improved public education with less money by passing new laws that limited power and abuses of public school teachers unions. Democrats and teacher unions from around the country responded by assaulting police, storming, occupying, and trashing the State Capitol Building. Their mobs also physically confronted, bullied, and made death threats against Republicans for months. President Obama and the media praised these "protests" and never mentioned the word "insurrection". Dues from New Jersey's NJEA Teachers Union members helped fund "protests" and political campaigns against Wisconsin Republicans. There was little or no punishment of those who broke the law.

Many of the same people, including "community organizers" of OFA (Originally "Obama For America", then "Organizing for America", then "Organizing For Action") were involved in the 2017 riots at Trump's Inauguration in DC, tearing down statues in Charlottesville and elsewhere,, and the 2019 and 2020 riots in Portland, Seattle, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, etc.

Republican Governor Walker survived a well-funded recall election one year later, and was re-elected in 2014. However, he was narrowly defeated in 2018. Unlike Republicans, Democrats are persistent. Roughly 35,000 to 100,000 came to Washington, D.C. to hear President Trump speak and to show their continued support. The First Amendment of U.S Constitution guarantees the right of "the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances". Only a small fraction of that crowd went to the Capitol Building. Most entered peacefully, with permission of the Capitol Police as shown in this video. Click this link for full post and video. We are in a very dangerous situation. It took years to get here. It may take years to get out of it. . . if we ever get out of it. Where do we begin? Let’s talk about it.

The past four years of Trump has been a "Catch-22” in politics. Too many with the skills and knowledge to do the right thing instead use politics to gain wealth and power. Too many outsiders, like Trump, want to do the right thing, but fail because they lack the skills and knowledge. We created LibertyAndProsperity.com in 2003 to learn and teach those skills. Unfortunately, there are very few groups like ours. Also, very few candidates took advantage of our resources. (However, those who did, did very well.).

When President Trump was sworn in four years ago, we identified these seven key national issues facing America. Unfortunately, each of those issues is still with us. What, if anything, can we do about them now?

Most schools, colleges, Hollywood entertainment, and even mainstream churches systematically teach, promote, and repeat the lies of America's worst enemies. They falsely claim America caused every evil and injustice in the world since our founding.

  1. Massive, uncontrolled legal and illegal immigration is making America like the poor, violent, and oppressive countries our ancestors escaped from.

  2. “Fake Science” propaganda campaigns on “climate change” and coronavirus promote government action that is destroying the American dream for all but the richest Americans.

  3. TV and Radio Network News, Newspapers and Social Media like Facebook and Twitter systematically attack and lie about us, while blocking us when we try to defend ourselves and explain our ideas.

  4. Fake news, unworkable laws, and leftist judges and prosecutors have made it impossible for police and citizens to protect their homes, businesses, and lives from mobs and other criminals. Riots, lootings, beatings, and bullying have become normal in much of America.

  5. Government spending and debt are completely unsustainable and national bankruptcy, insolvency, or currency devaluation may be the only options..

  6. America was great because for more than 300 years, most Americans wanted and expected nothing from government, other than to be free to make the most important decisions concerning their own lives. Today, most Americans want and expect government and politicians to give them what they want in life.

During the past year, we identified these as being the most important issues facing us in South Jersey. What do you think? Are there any issues we left out? Any that should not be a priority?

2021 Dues and February 2021 Fundraiser: As usual, we are out of funds, and now running bare minimum radio spots and paying only for website and email maintenance. Normally, we raise half our budget from dues and the fundraiser in January and February. Dues of $60 for voting members and $30 for non-voting members are now due.

We have tentatively scheduled our major Washington-Lincoln Fundraiser for Saturday, February 20 at 10 AM. It will again be at the Banquet Room of Sal’s Brick Oven Pizza on New Road (Route 9) in Somers Point. Our speaker will be Alex Newman, author of "Deep State. The Invisible Government Behind the Scenes". Several years ago, Newman spoke to us about his previous book "Crimes of the Educators. . . How Utopians Use Government Schools to Destroy America's Children". Newman will appear from Florida via video link. Because of Wuhan Virus restrictions, we can only seat 20 people. Since this is a fundraiser, we are charging $100 for the first 20. We are also offering Webex online participation with a suggested donation of $50. Details to be provided.

How To Recognize And Stop Vote Fraud.

By Seth Grossman. Seth Grossman has been an attorney in Atlantic City since 1975. He represented himself and others in in court challenges and recounts for many elections. Grossman was elected to Atlantic City’s City Council in 1986, after first losing two years earlier by three votes. In 1988, Grossman won a Primary Election by one vote to become an Atlantic County Freeholder (now Commissioner).

2009-iran-election.jpg

In 2009, Iran’s “Swamp” dictators kept their power even though their candidate, Ahmadinejad got only about 8 million votes while outsider Mousavi won roughly 16 million votes. Observers said the government announced election results “pulled out of a hat”. One reporter wrote “People who stood in long lines and knew well who they voted for were utterly surprised by the magicians working at the television and radio broadcasting”. Hundreds of thousands of Iranians went out in the streets to protest. Hundreds, if not thousands were beaten, killed or arrested. Iranian protests often displayed signs in English begging the United States and other Western nations to help them. However, U.S. President Barack Obama instead sided with the dictators. In 2016, Obama gave the Iranian regime at least $50 billion in “usable liquid assets” including $400 million of unmarked cash by Executive Order without approval from Congress.

Massive vote Fraud Is Often Successful. It has changed the course of history. Many top political organizers in today’s Democratic Party have close ties to regimes in Iran and Venezuela that did it on a national level, as well as to “ballot harvesters” who do it routinely in local elections.

a.  In 1948, future Democratic President Lyndon Johnson “won” an Election to U.S. Senate he had lost by 20,000 votes.  Click here for details in New York Times 1990 book review on “The Years of Lyndon Johnson – Means of Ascent” by Robert A. Caro. https://www.libertyandprosperity.com/how-democratic-pres-dent-lyndon-johnson-won-the-election-he-lost-20000-votes-in-1948/

b.  In 2009, Iran’s dictators announced election results “pulled out of a hat”.  Most citizens quickly recognized and protested against the fraud.  Besides contradicting their own conversations with others, “the announced results came in blocks of millions of votes with very little difference between the blocks in the percentage of each candidate” rather than by province.  The announced results also “contradicted all precedent in Iranian candidates” with candidates doing equally well or poorly in their home towns and distant provinces.  Click here for details in the Wikipedia article “Results of the 2009 Iranian Presidential Election” at:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Results_of_the_2009_Iranian_presidential_election

c.  Venezuela was a prosperous, sophisticated country that used electronic voting machines for its 2017 national elections.  According to this Reuters report, the company that supplied those voting machines estimated that the government’s announced vote totals added “at lease 1 million votes.” to the true total.  The regime reported that 8.1 million people had voted.  Documents from the machines confirmed that only 3.7 million people had voted by 5:30pm.  Voting ended at 7pm.  Election experts said that doubling the vote in just 90 minutes was “unlikely”.  Click here for details at  https://www.reuters.com/article/us-venezuela-politics-idUSKBN1AI1WT

ALSO SEE “SOURCES” BELOW.

            2.  Universal Mail-In Voting Enables And Rewards Use of “Extra” Ballots For Ineligible Voters.  It has No Safeguards to Stop It.  It is almost impossible to detect or punish anyone who fills out an “Extra” Ballot and drops it in a mailbox or drop-box.

1960-shoup-voting-machine.jpg

a.  From the 1920’s to the  1990’s, almost every major city in America used a “lever mechanical voting machine”.  Most were made by Shoup or Myers.  These machines could not be “hacked” electronically and it was almost impossible to add votes to them after polls closed.  Each vote was recorded on both a mechanical counter, and a register tape which were read by voting officials and challengers of both parties and made available for easy public inspection afterwards.  The number of votes on each machine had to match up to the number of signatures on the voting register each voter had to sign before being permitted to vote.

  b.  It is possible to add fake votes when paper ballots are used for in-person voting.  However, it is difficult and risky.  Corrupt voting officials in one party districts would have to let someone bring fake ballots into locked ballot boxes in secured rooms.  Someone would also have to write fake signatures into the voting registers which were also in secured rooms.

c.  Universal mail-in ballots make the addition of fake ballots easy, and have absolutely no safeguards to stop  it.  Each state routinely mails out tens of thousands of ballots to the addresses of people who are not qualified to vote.   Many died or moved years ago.  Duplicate ballots are also mailed to people who register to vote under different names.  This is common.  It happens when women marry and take the names of their husbands.  It happens when people register to vote under one name, and then are automatically registered again when they apply for a driver’s license or registration under a slightly different name.  I personally know many people who have gotten duplicate mail-in ballots or ballots for people who died or no longer lived at their address.   These people told me they simply destroyed, threw  out, or returned the invalid ballots.   I have also seen many mail-in ballots left in the mail rooms of apartment buildings, when the mail carrier doesn’t know the apartment number of the voter, or if the voter has died or moved.

Clink above image or here for link to James O’Keefe’s undercover videos that expose and explain how quickly and easily legal (but horrible) “ballot harvesting” morphs into illegal fraud. Project Veritas deserves the financial support of all of us.

d.  It is well known and documented that “ballot harvesters” often pay for these “extra” ballots.  Here in New Jersey, the going rate is $30 to $50.  Videos from Minnesota indicate that the going rate there is $100.

e.   “Ballot harvesters” can easily complete and drop off as many “extra” ballots as they can find or buy.  Unlike with in-person voting, he or she does not have to sign the certification flap in front of an election official.  The completed ballot can then be dropped off at any mailbox in the country, or any drop-box in the State at any hour of day or night.  There is absolutely zero risk of being caught or punished for completing or voting voting an “extra” ballots.

                   3.  “Ballot harvesters” are likely to “drop off” or “dump” their ballots in the mail or a drop box at the last possible moment.  That minimizes or avoids the chance of an alert local election worker noticing that a ballot is coming from somebody who moved, died, or already complained that he or she did not receive a mail-in ballot.

                   4.  “Ballot harvesters” can easily drop off “extra ballots” or even completely fake ballots if they are needed after votes have been counted.  In many battleground states, mail-in ballots are received and opened in large centralized centers, rather than small polling places where representatives of both parties are present.   Videos show large numbers of ballots being dropped off in unmarked sacks and boxes, with no bi-partisan inspection, accountability or verification as to where or how those ballots were dropped off, or on what day time.  It appears that there were no efforts to close or end receipt of mail-in ballots at drop-off boxes at 8pm on November 3 as required by law.  It appears that many post offices failed to mark the day or time of mail-in ballots to confirm that they were received by 8pm on November 3 as required by law.  In New Jersey, Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy “ordered” that Boards of Election accept ballots “without postmarks” if the post office delivers them “by 8pm Thursday!”  This is in complete violation of New Jersey Election Law!

    5.  It is not logical for late votes in battleground states to be lopsided for Biden and Democrats.

a.  Democrats urged their supporters to vote early as soon as ballots were mailed out in September.  Most Republicans and Trump supporters were suspicious of mail in voting.  Even when urged to vote early, many were determined to vote or deliver their vote on Election Day “to make sure my vote counts”.   Is logical that the first votes to be sorted, opened and counted were mostly Democrat votes for Biden.  It is logical that more last minute, Election Day votes were for Republicans and Trump.   This was in fact the pattern until vote counting in key battleground states suddenly stopped at about .  It is NOT logical for the latest votes in battleground states to be lopsided for Biden and Democrats.

b.  President Trump’s support was low when early and mail-in voting began, but high during the two weeks before Election Day.  According to Rasmussen Reports, Trump’s poll numbers dropped to as low as 44% in early October after the First Debate.  That was when early and mail-in voting began.  However, Trump did better in second debate and Town Hall.  Trump also benefitted from his quick recovery from COVID and the Hunter Biden laptop scandal.  Trump was running between 48% and 52% during the last two weeks before Election Day.  It is not logical for the latest ballots in arriving in battleground states to be more in favor of Biden and Democrats than ballots that arrived when Trump was less popular.

c.  Trump received historically large support from blacks and Hispanics in Democratic majority areas.  According to The Washington Post, Edison Research national exit polling found that 55 percent of white women, 18 percent of black males, 8 percent of black women, 36 percent of Hispanic/Latino men, 28 percent of Hispanic/Latina women and 37 percent of all other voters cast their ballots for President Trump.  https://www.vox.com/2020/11/4/21537966/trump-black-voters-exit-polls.  It is not logical for late ballots in battleground states, even in mostly Democrat black and Hispanic majority voting districts to show little or no support for Trump when earlier arriving ballots show significant support for Trump.

6.  There is no excuse for large numbers of “provisional ballots” on Election Day.  These ballots were created for people who attempt to vote in person on Election Day, but who are not on the voter registration books.  Usually, there is a valid reason for this.  Often the person has moved without filing a change of address, is on parole for a criminal conviction, or is not a citizen.  In the past, courts were closed for all business other than Election Matters  on Election Day.  If a voter was denied the ability to vote because his or her name was not on the books, he or she had to testify under oath before a judge to qualify.   These situations were very rare.   Provisional ballots were designed to avoid the need for these unusual court appearances.   The challenged voter would complete a “provisional ballot”.  Provisional ballots would be examined only if they were enough to change the outcome.  If so, these ballots were to be examined  the way a judge previously examined.  Routinely counting thousands of “provisional ballots” for people whose names did not appear on registration books, and who in the past would have to testify before a judge is NOT normal.  Atlantic County is “expecting more than 10,000 provisional ballots”.   The whole purpose of voter registration in advance is to let candidates know who is eligible to vote three weeks before the election so that candidates can meet them and try to win their votes.   And to make sure they are real people.  This cannot happen when 10,000 new people, not on the books, suddenly show up and are able to vote.

7.  What can we do?

          a.  All Republicans who lose by a narrow margin should Immediately file legal challenges where late mail-in and provisional ballots massively favored Democrats and Joe Biden and changed the outcome.

          b.  Immediately investigate every late mail-in and provisional ballot and document whether or not that ballot is a duplicate, and whether or not that person voted in the last five elections.

Immediately check addresses on late mail-in ballots against current addresses for each voter.

          c.  When necessary, send volunteers to the the addresses listed on questionable ballots to find out whether or not that voter lives at the address listed on his or her mail-in ballot.

1b.    Results of the 2009 Iranian presidential election  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Results_of_the_2009_Iranian_presidential_election

The 2009 Iranian presidential election was characterized by huge candidate rallies in Iranian cities,[1] and very high turnout reported to be over 80 percent.[2] Iran holds a run-off election when no candidate receives a majority of votes, and this would have been held on 19 June 2009.[1] At the closing of election polls, both leading candidates, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Mir-Hossein Mousavi, claimed victory, with both candidates telling the press that their sources have them at 58–60% of the total vote.[3] Early reports had claimed a turnout of 32 million votes cast although the actual figure could not be determined until all of the votes were counted.[4][5] Mousavi warned the Iranian people of possible vote fraud.[6]

According to Reuters, several noted political analysts contested the results immediately.[7] The website mowj.ir announced that Mousavi in fact was the person that received the majority of the voting and that his name was replaced by Ahmadinejad’s.[8] Mousavi urged his supporters to reject what he saw as “blatant violations” of democracy and its replacement by “the rule of authoritarianism and tyranny.” He declared on Friday:

“The results announced for the 10th presidential elections are astonishing. People who stood in long lines and knew well who they voted for were utterly surprised by the magicians working at the television and radio broadcasting”.[2]

Allegations of fraud[edit]

Farideh Farhi, professor at University of Hawaii, says the result was “pulled out of a hat.” Among several anomalies that she addresses, she points at the “secret” Iranian government polls reported by Newsweek on June 5 estimated that Mousavi would win 16 to 18 million votes, and Ahmadinejad just 6 to 8 million and the final “official” figures, that gave Ahmadinejad 24.5 million votes, and Mousavi 13.2 million.[10]

Mohtashami, former interior minister of Iran, who was in the election monitoring committee of Mousavi’s campaign claimed that according to official censuses, the number of counted votes in 70 municipalities are more than total population of people who could vote in those regions. In all those cities Ahmadinejad won by 80% to 90%[11] On June 17, Tabnak, the news agency close to defeated candidate Mohsen Rezaei who got only 678,240 votes in the election stated that “Mohsen Rezaei, until yesterday afternoon, found evidence that proves at least 900,000 Iranians , based on their national ID cards, voted for [him].”[12]

BBC Iranian affairs analyst Sadeq Saba found abnormalities in the way results were announced. Instead of results by province, the “results came in blocks of millions of votes,” with very little difference between the blocks in the percentages going to each candidate. This suggested that Mahmoud Ahmadinejad did equally well in rural and urban areas, while his three opponents did equally badly in their home regions and provinces as in the rest of the country. This contradicted “all precedent in Iranian politics”, where Ahmadinejad had been very popular in rural areas and unpopular in the big cities, where ethnic minorities had favored anti-establishment candidates, and where candidates had tended to carry their home provinces.[13] Another anomaly, according to British-based researcher Ali Alizadeh, is that a large turnout did not favor the opposition, since in elections, both in Iran and abroad, “those who usually don’t vote, i.e. the silent majority, only come out when they want to change the status quo.”[14] Historically, low turnout has always favored conservatives in Iranian elections, while high turnout favors reformers. That’s because Iran’s most reliable voters are those who believe in the system; those who are critical tend to be reluctant to participate.[15] According to modern Middle Eastern and South Asian historian Juan Cole, there were several anomalies in the election results. Official reports gave Ahmadinejad 50% of the vote in the city of Tabriz despite the fact that this was the capital of Mousavi’s home province, Eastern Azerbaijan, where Mousavi’s rallies were well attended and which has traditionally given good turnouts for even “minor presidential candidates” who came from the province. Ahmadinejad also won Tehran by over 50%, even though his popularity in larger cities is considered to be low. Meanwhile, Karroubi, who received 17 percent in the first round of the 2005 presidential elections, got less than one percent of the vote this time,[16] and lost even his own province of birth, despite the tendency for Iranian voting to follow ethnic lines.[17] A survey of votes by a London-based think tank Chatham House found that in a third of all provinces, the official results would require that Ahmadinejad had received “not only all former conservative voters, all former centrist voters and all new voters but also up to 44 percent of former reformist voters — despite a decade of conflict between these two groups.”.[18][19]

Venezuela stands by election count despite fraud allegation

By Hugh BronsteinCassandra Garrison

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-venezuela-politics-idUSKBN1AI1WT

CARACAS/LONDON (Reuters) – Venezuela’s president rejected accusations on Wednesday that his government inflated turnout figures from its constituent assembly election, branding them part of an effort to stain what he called a clean and transparent vote.

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-venezuela-politics-idUSKBN1AI1WT

The company that provides the country’s voting machines said that the government’s claim that 8.1 million votes were cast in Sunday’s poll overestimated the tally by least 1 million.

President Nicolas Maduro also criticized the accuracy of a story reported by Reuters that only 3.7 million people had voted by 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, according to internal electoral council documents, compared with the total 8.1 million ballots counted by authorities.

The documents, which break the data down into Venezuela’s 14,515 polling centers, show that 3,720,465 people had voted by 5.30 p.m. Voting ended at 7 p.m. and election experts said doubling the vote in the last hour and a half would be unlikely.

“We stand by our story,” Reuters global communications chief Abbe Serphos said in an email.

Maduro was defiant.

Last April, South Korea held its national elections during worst part of coronavirus. All voting was in person. There were no mail-in ballots. Sick and disabled voters were brought to regular polling places after regular voting hours. Voter turnout was higher than in previous elections. All parts of the voting and counting process were carefully observed by all parties and took place in one day. The winners were announced that night. There were no reports of any additional Covid19 cases because of this in-person voting process.

Five Week Vote Harvest In NJ Starts Tomorrow!

Seth Grossman

Share Tweet Forward

There is no "Election Day" this year.  This is what we need to do starting tomorrow.  (If you're Jewish, start Tuesday, after Yom Kippur!)

1.  Vote by mail as soon as you get your ballot.  Every day you delay means more time for something to go wrong.  And less time to fix it. If you don’t get your ballot in the mail by Tuesday, October 6, something may be wrong. You may not be registered.  Or your ballot may have been sent to the wrong address.

You can easily fix any problem before Tuesday, October 13. If you discover a problem after Tuesday, October 13, you may be too late.  Don't take the chance of losing your vote. Don't take the chance of taking hours to do something after October 13, that can be fixed in minutes now. We posted all details about the New Jersey Vote By Mail Process on our website.  Please click this link and read it carefully.  https://www.libertyandprosperity.com/nj-will-be-vote-by-mail-whether-we-like-it-or-not-we-can-make-that-a-good-thing-heres-how/

Don't Even Try To Vote In Person On Election Day!

A.   Even if you succeed in voting on Election Day, you will NOT get to use a voting machine.  You will get a “provisional ballot” that is even more unreliable than a mail-in ballot.

B.  If you vote early by mail, you can track your ballot like with Fedex and UPS to make sure it is received and in proper form. If you wait until election day, you will NOT be able to track your ballot.  You will NOT have a chance to fix mistakes.  Your vote will NOT count if you (or an election worker) made any mistake in filling out the forms.

C.  Election officials and challengers for candidates will have their hands full stopping fraud on Election Day.  They don't need distractions or confusion from people on our side trying to vote in person.  Democrats get extra votes when there is confusion and chaos on Election Day.

D.  If you don’t vote until Election Day, the candidates you support will waste a lot of money and time reminding you to vote.  If you vote early, your candidates can target their limited resources on genuine undecided voters who did not yet vote.

3.  Click here to do a quick and easy “Voter Search” also known as a “Registration Check”.  The link is:  https://voter.svrs.nj.gov/registration-check
This will show if you are registered to vote, and whether your ballot will be mailed to the correct address. Please also check every member of your family, and every friend and neighbor you can reach.
Use this link to register to vote if you are NOT registered. Click here to register yourself or any member of your family or friend or neighbor who is not registered or registered out of a different address.  https://voter.svrs.nj.gov/register

4.  After you know you are registered to vote, set up a "Track My Ballot" account. Do this for yourself and make sure every friend, neighbor, and member of your family does it.  Click here or use the link:  https://nj.gov/state/elections/vote-track-my-ballot.shtml. This link will also give you the phone numbers of people who can help you if you or anyone you know has trouble doing this online.

Again, please don’t delay.  You Know Who is working day and night to register new people.

The deadline is Tuesday, October 13, just two weeks from today.

5.  Please Spend At Least A Half Hour Each Day On Sharing Our Posts On Facebook.  Mark Zuckerberg, the owner of Facebook, has a net worth of more than $100 billion, that is 100,000 million dollars!  He is using that wealth and absolute control over Facebook to defeat Donald Trump and every Republican up for election this year.  If you use Facebook, you already know what he is doing.

First, he is “blocking” or “throttling back” every conservative who posts on Facebook.  Last January, our Facebook posts were “reaching” 100,000 people each week.  Facebook “throttled us down” to 5,000 people per week.  Facebook algorithms make sure our posts only reach people who are already conservative, and block us from reaching others.   A few days ago, Facebook did the same thing to Tucker Carlson after Carlson posted videos proving that 17 year old Kyle Rittenhouse acted in self-defense.

Second, Zuckerberg is spamming every user with dozens of unwanted posts each day from CNN, ABCNews, USAToday, NPR, Atlantic, etc.  Each post is pure "woke" Democrat campaign propaganda.  Each post says only bad things about white, male, Christian Republicans.  Or only good things about black, female Democrats or anyone who hates Trump.  Good things about Trump or any Republican are rarely considered "news" and are not posted.  Neither are bad things about Democrats or anything that does not promote their agenda.

Although we don’t like Facebook, we need to use it.  There is no other way to deliver our message to large numbers of people during the next five weeks. However, we need to work a lot harder and smarter than we ever did before.

6.  Please continue to share the posts on our @LibertyandProsperity Facebook Page, and our LibertyAndProsperity.com website.  Please also view and share some of the dozens of videos on our LibertyAndProsperity.org YouTube Channel.   https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkd3q3q-RIFx0FVjIUJYRgA The link to our YouTube Channel is also on our website.

Each of the posts on our LibertyAndProsperity.com Website has a Facebook and Twitter icon at the bottom.  Please simply click that icon to share our posts as often as you can.  Each YouTube video also has a “Share” button on the bottom.  You are one of some 800 people reading this email.  If each of us spends a few minutes each day systematically sharing our posts and videos, we can reach thousands of people we never reached before.

7.  Help us spam the comments sections of CNN and other FakeNews posts the way they are spamming us!  An even better way of sharing our posts and videos is to copy the link, and post that link as a comment to somebody else’s post.   The best place to post those links are in comments to the fakenews CNN, ABCNews, USA Today, Atlantic, and NPR “news” spam that appear in your Facebook feed at least twice an hour.   And of course, copy and past our blogs in the comments of your local online newspaper and "micro-newspapers like Patch.com.  Please click here for details on how to do this.  https://www.libertyandprosperity.com/if-john-henry-beat-the-steam-drill-we-can-beat-facebook-twitter-part-2-of-2/

John Henry Beat Steam Drill. We Can Beat Facebook

By Spamming Us Every Hour With "Woke" Democrat Propaganda, Facebook Is Giving Us Access To Millions of Swing Voters In Swing States!

By Seth Grossman

John Henry Beat Steam Drill.jpg

John Henry is a legend and a song of how one man with a hammer beat a machine.  We can beat the Facebook machine if each of us spends just a few hours a week responding to CNN fakenews and other lies posted on our Facebook feeds.   Click here for details at our LibertyAndProsperity.com website.

  1. We don't like Facebook or Twitter.  However, we need to use them for the next two months.

  2. Facebook and Twitter are interfering with this year's election far more than any Russians ever did before.  Their hourly doses of "woke" Democrat spam are paid advertising worth millions.  Yet none of it is reported or regulated as "contributions" by the Bush-McCain-Feingold  "Campaign Finance Reform" law.  That is because most of their spam is falsely labeled "news" from left-wing "media sites like CNN, ABC, Atlantic, etc., Facebook. Below is screenshot of one example.

Fakebook Facebook fake news.jpg

3. However, notice the good part.  By sending this spam to all Facebook users, Facebook is also giving us access to all of them through "comments" to these posts-- and "replies" to other "comments"!

4.  When you get an unwanted left wing post, please do NOT miss the opportunity to reach and teach thousands of undecided and independent "swing" voters we could never reach before.  Please do NOT block or delete it. Please read and respond to it whenever you can.

5.  After you read it, then please read the comments section, and post your own “comment”.  Either “comment” to the original post, or “reply” to another comment.  Then also “reply” to as many left wing or independent comments as you can.  (Of course, you should also “like” conservative comments and replies).

6.  Make sure your “reply” is logical, fact- based, and deals with the issue, no matter how ignorant, hateful, or dishonest the comment. Avoid insults.   Avoid inflammatory words or phrases that will get your comment deleted or your Facebook/Twitter privileges suspended.  (Commonly known as “Facebook/Twitter Jail”).  For example, I use “followers of the Prophet” instead of Muslim or Islam.  I use “Holy War” instead of “Jihad”).  Remember that you will never persuade jerks who hate America, hate whites, hate Christians, and hate Trump.  You are instead writing to persuade Facebook "friends" of those jerks who are still be independent or undecided.

7.  Keep your “reply” short. Just 2 or 3 sentences.  If you need more words to explain your position, copy and paste the link to a post or video that deals with that issue.

8.  For ideas on how to respond, please visit our LibertyAndProsperity.com website, our @libertyandprosperity Facebook page or my personal Facebook page at seth.grossman.10

9.  Always try to include LibertyAndProsperity.com somewhere in your "comment" or "reply".  Or better yet, try to copy and paste the link to one of the blogs in our website that deals with that topic.  That will lead people to our website for more details and other important information.  It may even persuade some to donate!

10.  When you make an effective reply, mass produce it! Click your “reply” and then right-click to “select all”.   Then copy your whole “reply” before you send it.    Then paste that “reply” to as many comments as you can. (Only do 5 or 10 in a session.  Otherwise, Facebook will "temporarily suspend" you for doing what they are doing.

11.  If you and every LibertyandProsperity.com supporter does this an hour a day, several days a week, we can reach and influence hundreds of thousands of “swing voters” in “battleground states” and make a real difference. Can you help?

12.  I have been doing this myself during the past week.  I can honestly say that my posts and links to LibertyAndProsperity.com are getting engagement and support from independent and undecided citizens for the first time since Facebook and Twitter first started “throttling” and “shadow-banning” us last year!

Seth Grossman has the guts to stand up for Kate Smith

Say what you will about him – and some of us who write for this website have had occasion to disagree with him – but Seth Grossman has the guts and integrity to stand up to the caterwauling of modern-day Inspector Javerts who obsessively want to hunt down and punish any human being – dead or living – who they believe does not live up to the fashions of their moment.  Grossman, who runs the free market group Liberty and Prosperity, recently wrote:

There was nothing racist in any of the 3,000 songs by Kate Smith. To suggest or assume otherwise is ignorant, hateful, or both. Two songs in question, like those of Gershwin's "Porgy & Bess" and Hammerstein/Kern's "Showboat" raised awareness of the oppression of blacks a South run by white. At the time, most blacks voted Republican & threatened Democratic political machines as they moved north during the "Great Migration". Democrats used racist movies like "Birth of a Nation" in 1915 to demonize blacks, revive the KKK, suppress black voters, and win the 1916 elections. Tragically, they succeeded. During the 1920s & 1930s, young artists like 24 year old Kate Smith, Paul Robeson and others used these songs to undo that damage by humanizing blacks and raising awareness of their situation. LibertyAndProsperity.com

Grossman is correct.  Kate Smith and Paul Robeson used satire to make their point.  We wonder what some future Inspector Javerts will make of this effort at satire by the comedian Russell Brand…

Will he be exhumed and placed on trial before the fashion judges of some future moment?  Is he ready for trial even now?  Time will tell.
