Conduct unbecoming: Did Tom Malinowski call Tom Kean a P.O.S.?

It used to be that Members of Congress – folks whose signatures count for postage stamps and who get to attach the title “Honorable” to their names – were “officer class”. And they behaved accordingly.
You’d think the last person to forget this would be somebody who grew up with Blair Clark as a father-figure. Blair Clark was a gentleman – one of those old-fashioned blue-blooded liberals. Gore Vidal and Louis Auchincloss wrote beautifully about people like Blair Clark and the standards of conduct they stood for. What the hell happened to Tom Malinowski?
For the Star-Ledger's Tom Moran to deny that Tom Malinowski has a stock problem is simply mental. If Moran takes a moment to Google "Tom Malinowski" and "stocks" he will find 421,000+ results. Here are the top five:

The Facebook comment Malinowski “liked” was made by a blogger who is well known for his foul language and violent threats against women. He even bragged that his posts got him a visit from the U.S. Secret Service – such was the violence he projected towards elected officials (up to and including the White House). With what just happened in San Francisco, you’d think Tom Malinowski would have thought the better of egging on such a grotesque idiot.
If Tom Kean Jr. is a “daddy’s boy” (and Tom Malinowski appears to endorse that verbal slight too) then what is Tom Malinowski? Tom Malinowski left Communist Poland with his mother, a very fetching academic. After she married Blair Clark, Tom ended up in a wealthy patrician family that was aligned with the Democratic Party. According to Wikipedia, Blair Clark is “an American liberal journalist and political activist who played key roles both as a journalist and a political operator. He was general manager and vice president of CBS News from 1961 to 1964, and later became editor of The Nation magazine. He was Senator Eugene McCarthy's national campaign manager for the 1968 presidential nomination.”
Malinowski was raised in the lap of wealthy East Coast Establishment Liberalism and it was those uber-insider connections that put him on the path to where he is today. After studying political science at Berkeley (California) and philosophy at Oxford (England), the right connections landed him a series of interesting appointments: intern in Senator Bill Bradley's office, special assistant to Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan (Washington, DC), a stint at the Institute for Human Sciences in Vienna (Austria), research assistant for the Ford Foundation, speechwriter for Secretaries of State Warren Christopher and Madeleine Albright… You get the idea.
So, does this make Tom Malinowski a “mommy’s boy” or merely a “step-daddy’s boy”?
The Democrats and their allies (like Tom Moran) behave as if they suffer from Tourette’s syndrome but refuse to take their medication. Do they believe that during an acute economic crisis people really pay attention to them standing around groping in their drawers while shouting scatalogical insults about their opponents? Tom Malinowski should be bright enough to know that kind of grab-ass doesn’t help voters pay the bills.
Memo to Tom Malinowski: Don’t hang with critters like blogger Mikie Swallows. And don’t “like” his dirtbag behavior. That kind of thing wouldn’t make Blair Clark proud. Je me souviens. Remember who you are. You got where you are today because you were raised by a gentleman. Carry on the tradition.
